I can only remember that the main character was a great spear man, and
at one point his master or someone important to him had died, and this
spear man (warrior) had carried his "master" on what he carried the
rest of his needs, though that stuff was not there anymore and the
master was covered by a blanket, after travels the masters body was
badly eaten at, but his student continue to care for the body till he
could find a proper burial place. More to the end of the story, the
spear man gives up his life to save a princess during a battle, I
believe that the spear man dies form his own spear.
